In order for a category to exist in the list view options, the user needs to have created and saved a custom list view. If a user has not saved any Activity list views, for example, they will not see Activities as an option in the Excel add-in.
Why do I only see Companies, Deals and People listed in my Excel add-in options for list views and not Activities, Docs or Agenda?
