Learn how to efficiently filter and save your lists in the Pipeline CRM mobile app. This guide will help you quickly find the information you need and keep your data organized for better productivity on the go.


How to Filter Your Lists

  1. Access the Filter Option: From any list screen within the Pipeline CRM mobile app, tap the Filter icon located in the upper right-hand corner.
  2. Select Your Filters: Choose the specific column(s) you wish to filter by from the available options. You can select multiple criteria to narrow down your results.


Saving Your Filtered Lists

Once you've filtered your list, you have a few options for managing your view:
  • Save Changes: If you've modified an existing list that isn't a system default (meaning it's a list you've previously created or customized), you can save your adjustments by tapping Save Changes.
  • Save New List: To create a completely new custom list based on your current filters, select Save New List. You'll be prompted to give your new list a descriptive name, making it easy to find later.
  • Reset Filters: To clear all applied filters and return to the original, unfiltered list view, simply tap Reset Filters.

By utilizing the filtering and saving features on the Pipeline CRM mobile app, you can quickly customize your views, streamline your workflow, and access the most relevant information whenever and wherever you need it.
