Pipeline CRM offers three plans to fit your business needs:- Start

- Add or remove users at any time—pay only for what you use.
- Switch between monthly and annual billing to fit your preferences.
How to Update Billing Information
Admins can update payment details and billing contacts directly from your account:- Sign in as an Admin
- In the lower-left corner, click on Settings.
- Select the Billing tab.
- Click on Payment Info.
- To edit your credit card, fill in Payment method
- Edit your Billing address to edit:
- Company name
- Address
- Phone number
- Additional billing email addresses (optional, for invoice delivery)
- Business Tax Id Information
How to View and Download Invoices
- Sign in as an Admin
- In the lower-left corner, click on Settings.
- Select the Billing tab.
- Click on Payment Info.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page to access all available invoices (PDF download options included)
Payment & Billing Policies
Accepted Payments:All major credit cards.
Subscriptions:
- Monthly: Pay month by month with no long-term commitment.
- Annual: Pay for a full year and receive a 10% discount. (Annual payments are not refundable if you cancel mid-term.)
- Make any changes (*user count, plan type, cancellation) before your billing date to avoid unwanted charges. *User count must be updated in billing section to avoid further charges when making users inactive.
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current paid period, even if you cancel.
- We do not offer refunds for payments already processed.
- Unused months on annual subscriptions are non-refundable due to the upfront discount.
- Visit your Payment & Billing page or review your invoices to see the billing schedule for your account.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Can I change my plan or user count at any time?A: Yes, changes can be made anytime and will be reflected in the next billing cycle.
Q: How are new users billed on annual plans?
A: Additional users are prorated for the remainder of your subscription period.
Q: What happens if I cancel my subscription?
A: If cancelled prior to your paid subscription end date, your account remains active until the end of that paid period; no further charges are applied. If not cancelled prior to your renewal date, the subscription will end on the last date of the renewed period. No refunds will be provided for cancellations submitted on or after the subscription renewal date.
