This is due to the way we track opens and clicks, using a tiny "image" (1x1 pixel) to enable the trackable email open, click reporting. Unfortunately, many email clients and the users themselves disable the automatic image download feature. If that is the case, the open will not register. If someone clicks on a link, that will take them through our server and we can still track a click.
