How do I adjust the number of users we are paying for?

If you are an Administrator in the Account, you can adjust the number of user licenses in your Account Settings under Payment and Billing:

  1. Click on Update subscription
  2. Click Change under Licenses
  3. Reduce or increase the license count
  4. Click Review and finish
  5. Click Downgrade or Confirm (depending on whether you added or removed licenses)

Please note that you cannot reduce the number of licenses below your current number of active users. If you need to reduce users, you will need to deactivate them first from the Users page before adjusting your number of licenses. A reduction in licenses will take effect on the next billing cycle and we do not provide refunds for unused licenses. Please be sure to update your subscription before your billing date.
