When I try to add a user why does it say their email address is already in use?
Each email address used to create an account must be unique. It cannot already exist as a primary, second or third email address in the My Profile section of any account. If the user still has access to the account, they will need to adjust their email in the My Profile section or you will need to use a different email address to invite them.
