To merge duplicate companies in Pipeline, navigate to the company page that you want to keep as the primary company. Select Actions > Merge. Search for the company to be merged into this company in the pop-up window, and select Merge.
NOTE: Only admins can merge companies in Pipeline. Merging cannot be undone.
