Only admins have permission to merge companies in Pipeline CRM. This action is permanent and cannot be undone, so please double-check before merging.
Steps to Merge Companies
1. Navigate to the company page you want to keep as the main record.2. Click on Actions located in the upper right corner and select Merge.
3. Find the Duplicate: In the pop-up window, search for the company you want to merge into the primary company.
4. Confirm and Merge
- Review your selection—once merged, you can’t undo it!
- Feel free to swap the records if you'd rather have the other one kept instead.
Please Note:
- The company record on the left will be kept and merged with the one on the right.
- If duplicate details (like phone numbers or emails) exist, the new information will be logged as an activity for reference.
- All related people, files, tasks, events, notes, and deals will transfer to the record you’re keeping.
- Remember: Merges are final and cannot be undone.
Pro Tip: If you’re unsure about merging, consider exporting your company data first for safekeeping.
