- Leads are unqualified contacts who don’t yet have a deal associated with them.
- Contacts are qualified—either they’ve got a deal in the pipeline or you’ve done business together before.
How to Convert a Person to a Lead or Contact
- Go to the Person’s Profile Page.
- Click on 'Type' in the Person Details modal.
- Select either Contact or Lead from the drop-down menu.
