Files - Account Settings

The Files section in Account Settings lets administrators manage two key areas:
  • Shared Files
  • File Tags

Shared Files

Shared Files are files uploaded by administrators and made available to everyone in your Pipeline CRM account. This is the perfect spot for presentations, price sheets, marketing collateral, and any other resources your entire team should be able to access.

How to Manage Shared Files:

  • Go to Settings in the lower-left corner.
  • Select the Other tab and click Files.
  • To upload a file for all users, click + Add File.
  • To delete a shared file, click the Delete icon next to the file you want to remove.
Tip: Shared files ensure everyone on your team has access to the latest documents.

File Tags

File Tags help you organize your documents for easier searching and filtering.

File Tag Management:
  • View your current tags, which are listed alphabetically.
  • Edit a tag: Click the pencil icon next to the tag.
  • Delete a tag: Click the trash can icon.
  • Add a new tag: Click Add a new file tag.
