Import and Export Contacts Using a vCard File

Transfer contact information between Pipeline CRM and other applications using the vCard format.

Import a vCard
  1. Go to the People tab.
  2. Click the three-dot menu next to Add New.
  3. Select Import vCard from the dropdown menu.
  4. Upload your vCard file.

Export a vCard
  1. Go to the profile page of the contact you want to export.
  2. Click the Actions button in the top-right corner.
  3. Select vCard from the dropdown menu. The contact's details will download as a vCard file.
