Share a Saved Report
- Go to your report.
- In the top navigation of the report, click on the 🔗 link icon.
- Toggle Privacy settings on.
- Choose one of the following:
- Share globally (all users in your account)
- Share with selected users or user groups, then pick the users you want
- Select their permission access to viewer to editor.
- Click Save.
What Happens Next
- The users you shared with will get a notification.
- The shared report will appear for them in the Reports sidebar (typically in the lower section of the left column).
