What happens to scheduled emails when I turn off an Email Campaign?

When an Email Campaign is toggled to 'off' any scheduled emails will be removed and will not be sent.

That said, depending on the configuration for your email campaign, it is possible for there to be emails already in the process of being sent and we will not be able to stop that send, but any emails scheduled to be sent after the campaign has been toggled to 'off' will not be sent.

If you later toggle that email campaign to 'on' we will resume scheduling emails to be sent according to the configuration of your email campaign.
