What Are Goals in Pipeline CRM?
Goals help your business set clear objectives for your team. You can create goals for:
  • Winning more revenue
  • Winning more deals
  • Complete more tasks
  • Add more activities
  • Creating deals
  • Moving deals forward

Creating a Goal


  1. Click on the Tools option in the side navigation and then select Goals.
  2. Click the +Add goal button in the top right corner.
  3. Select the Goal type and set the details.
  4. Optional: 
    • Set Goals as Recurring.
    • If you select a team or company, create a leaderboard for users to track goal progress.


Managing Goals
  • Goals cannot be edited.
  • To view the settings of a goal, click on the three dots to:
    • View goal details
    • Stop recurring
    • Delete the goal

Understanding Goal End Dates
Goals automatically expire at the end of their set period:
  • Weekly Goals: End at midnight between Sunday and Monday.
  • Monthly Goals: End at midnight between the last day of the month and the first day of the next month.
  • Quarterly Goals: End at midnight between the last day of the quarter and the first day of the next quarter.
  • Yearly Goals: End at midnight between December 31 and January 1.
Things to Note
  • Goals only appear on the Leaderboard tile if more than one user (such as a team) is assigned to the goal.
  • Goals can only be assigned to a team when there is at least one team leader on the team the goal is assigned to.
