â Frequently Asked Questions
How does double opt-in work?
Learn more about double opt-in
Double opt-in requires new subscribers to confirm their sign-up before being added to your Mailchimp listâhelping improve deliverability and compliance.
Why canât I see my list when exporting to Mailchimp?
This usually means your Mailchimp lists havenât been synced properly. An Admin must log into Pipeline CRM, refresh the integration, and enable the lists youâd like to use.
Why did my export fail to reach Mailchimp?
Exports can fail if Mailchimp list fields (like phone or company) are marked as required but donât have data in Pipeline CRM. You can remove the field requirement in Mailchimp or ensure the data is filled in beforehand.
How do I get help from Mailchimp directly?
Visit Mailchimpâs Help Center
They provide searchable guides, troubleshooting tips, and direct support options if you have a Mailchimp-specific issue.
Are unsubscribes in Mailchimp reflected in Pipeline CRM?
No, they arenât automatically synced. If a contact unsubscribes in Mailchimp, youâll need to manually update their status in Pipeline CRM to keep records accurate.
If someone unsubscribes from one Mailchimp list, will they be unsubscribed from others?
No, unsubscribes apply only to the list they opted out of. Youâll need to manage unsubscribes on a per-list basis.
Do updates in Pipeline sync with Mailchimp?
Not automatically. The integration supports one-way syncing (from Pipeline to Mailchimp), so if you update or delete a contact in Pipeline CRM, youâll need to manually reflect that in Mailchimp too.
