Tracking the success of your email campaigns in Pipeline CRM is straightforward and insightful. Here’s how to monitor and enhance your campaign performance:

1. Accessing Campaign Reports: From the Campaigns List Click on a specific email campaign and navigate to the Reporting tab.

2. Understanding the Reporting Tab:
  • Overall Performance Metrics:
    • Delivered: Number of emails successfully delivered to recipients.
    • Open Rate: Percentage of delivered emails that were opened.
    • Click-Through Rate (CTR): Percentage of opened emails that had link clicks.
    • Unsubscribed Rate: Percentage of recipients who opted out after receiving the email.
  • Click-Through Rate Per Email:
    • A visual chart displays the CTR for each step of your campaign.
    • Hover over specific steps to view detailed statistics, helping identify which emails resonate most with your audience.

3. Utilizing Overall Email Analytics:
  • Beyond individual campaigns, Pipeline CRM offers an Analytics tab.
  • This section aggregates data across all campaigns, providing a holistic view of your email marketing effectiveness.

4. Reviewing Campaign Recipients:
  • Within each campaign’s Recipients section, access a list of all recipients.
  • Monitor individual engagement levels, such as opens and clicks, to tailor future communications effectively.
