Tracking your email campaign performance in Pipeline CRM is straightforward and informative. Here’s how you can monitor and improve your results:

1. Accessing Campaign Reports

Go to your Campaigns List, select the campaign you want to review, and open the Reporting tab. This section provides a comprehensive overview of your campaign’s performance.


2. Understanding the Reporting Tab

  • Overall Performance Metrics:
    • Delivered: Number of emails successfully delivered.
    • Open Rate: Percentage of delivered emails that were opened.
    • Click-Through Rate (CTR): Percentage of opened emails that resulted in link clicks.
    • Unsubscribed Rate: Percentage of recipients who unsubscribed after receiving the email.
  • Click-Through Rate Per Email:
    • A visual chart displays the CTR for each step of your campaign.
    • Hover over each step for detailed statistics, helping you identify which messages are most effective.

3. Using Overall Email Analytics

The Analytics tab compiles data across all your campaigns, offering a broader view of your email marketing effectiveness.


4. Reviewing Campaign Recipients

Within each campaign’s Recipients section, you can see a list of all recipients and monitor individual engagement, such as opens and clicks. This information can help you tailor future communications for better results.
