Editing and Saving Your Campaign

Making Changes: After modifying any campaign steps, use:
  • “Save and Continue” to proceed to the next step in the builder.
  • “Save and Close” to save changes and return to the campaigns list.
Deleting Email Steps:
  • Steps with Sent Emails: Cannot be deleted to maintain accurate tracking and reporting. Instead, you can disable these steps.
  • Steps without Sent Emails: Can be deleted entirely from the campaign.

Deleting a Campaign

  1. Access the Campaign List: Navigate to the campaigns list view to locate the campaign you wish to delete.
  2. Select the campaign
  3. Click on Delete 🗑️
  4. Confirmation Prompt: Upon selecting “Delete,” a confirmation modal will appear to ensure you intend to proceed, as this action is irreversible.
User Permissions:
  • Executive Users: Can delete any campaign.
  • Basic Users: Can only delete campaigns they have created.
