Pause Account

Account admins now have the ability to pause your Pipeline account. Accounts can  be paused for 1, 3 or 6 months in the event you will not require access to the account for that term but would like to preserve your data and settings while pausing billing. To pause your account, go to the Payment & billing tab and click on Update Subscription -> scroll down to Cancel account -> and choose a term for the pausing of the account followed by the Pause an account option.

Unpause Account

To unpause your account, simply log into your Pipeline account and click on the ' Unpause Account' button and follow the prompts.
