Need a break but want to keep your data safe and sound? Pipeline CRM lets you pause your account for up to six months—no billing, no data loss, no stress. Here’s how to hit pause (or play) when you need it.


Why Pause Your Account?
Pausing your account lets you:

  • Preserve all your data and settings—nothing gets deleted.
  • Pause billing for 1, 3, or 6 months.
  • Easily pick up where you left off when you’re ready to get back to business.

How to Pause Your Account

  1. Go to the Payment & Billing tab in your Pipeline account.
  2. Click on Update Subscription.
  3. Scroll down to Cancel account.
  4. Choose your pause term: 1, 3, or 6 months.
  5. Select Pause account and follow the prompts.
Tip: You can only pause your account if you’re an account admin.


How to Unpause Your Account
Ready to get back in the game? Just:

  1. Log in to your Pipeline account.
  2. Click the Unpause Account button.
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions.
