Account admins have the ability to deactivate an account and will automatically deactivate it after your current billing cycle. To cancel an account, please follow the steps below:
- Click on Profile in the top right corner
- Select Account Settings
- In the left navigation bar, select Payment & Billing
- Click on Update Subscription
- Scroll down and click on Cancel Account
Follow all prompts until you see the cancellation banner letting you know your request was successful.
Things to note
- Please remember that if you change your mind and would like to reinstate your account, we keep your data on file for 180 days until it is deleted.
- Per our Terms and Conditions, we are unable to issue refunds or credits for unused seat licenses not removed prior to your term's renewal or for early cancellations for account subscriptions.
