Cancel Account

If you're considering canceling your Pipeline CRM account, weโ€™re here to make the process as smooth as possible. Only account admins can deactivate an account. Your account will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.

Steps to Cancel Your Account
  1. As an Admin, click on Settings in the lower-left corner.
  2. Select the Billing tab.
  3. Scroll down.
  4. Click on "Cancel Account".
  5. Follow the on-screen prompts. You will see a confirmation banner once your cancellation is successful.

What Happens After Cancellation?
  • Your account remains accessible until the end of your current billing cycle.
  • Data retention: Weโ€™ll keep your data on file for 180 days after cancellation. Want to change your mind? Simply contact us before this period ends to restore your data.
  • Refund policy: 
    Per our Terms & Conditions, weโ€™re unable to issue refunds or credits for:
    • Unused seat licenses not removed prior to renewal.
    • Early cancellations of account subscriptions.
