You can pause your account temporarily or cancel anytime—here's what each option does and what happens to your data.

Before You Start
  • Only account admins can pause or cancel an account.
  • Export your databefore canceling if you're unsure whether you'll return (see steps below).
Option 1: Pause Your Account
Pausing stops billing for up to 6 months while keeping all your data and settings fully intact.

What pausing includes:
  • All your data, deals, contacts, and settings are 100% preserved—nothing is deleted.
  • Billing stops for your selected pause term: 1, 3, or 6 months.
  • Your team will not be able to log in while the account is paused.

How to pause your account:
  1. Click Settings in the lower-left corner.
  2. Select the Billing tab.
  3. Click Update Subscription.
  4. Scroll down to Cancel Account.
  5. Choose your pause term: 1, 3, or 6 months.
  6. Select Pause Account and follow the prompts.
How to unpause your account:
  1. Log in to your Pipeline CRM account.
  2. Click Unpause Account.
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions.
💡 Tip: Pausing is the best option if you're taking a temporary break and plan to return.

Option 2: Cancel Your Account
Cancellation ends your subscription at the close of your current billing period.

How to cancel your account:
  1. Click Settings in the lower-left corner.
  2. Select the Billing tab.
  3. Scroll down and click Cancel Account.
  4. Follow the on-screen prompts.
You'll see a confirmation banner once your cancellation is successful.

⚠️ Note: Per our  Terms & Conditions, we're unable to issue refunds or credits for unused seat licenses not removed prior to renewal or early cancellations of account subscriptions.

What Happens to Your Data
  • If you pause your account, all your data is fully preserved for the entire duration of the pause. Nothing is deleted, no data is moved, and everything will be exactly as you left it when you unpause.
  • If you cancel your account, your account remains accessible until the end of your current billing cycle. After that, Pipeline CRM retains your data for 270 days from the date of cancellation.
After 270 days of cancellation, all account data is permanently and automatically deleted and cannot be recovered.
