Composing and Scheduling an Email
- Compose Your Email:
- Navigate to the email composition window.
- Draft your message, add recipients, and include any necessary attachments.
- Access Scheduling Options:
- Click the arrow next to the Send Now button.
- Select Schedule for later from the dropdown menu.
- Set Date and Time:
- Choose the desired date and time for the email to be sent.
- Click Save to confirm your selection.
- Finalize Scheduling:
- After saving, click Send Later to schedule the email.
Managing Scheduled Emails
- Viewing Scheduled Emails:
- Go to the Email tab in your Pipeline CRM dashboard.
- Scroll to the Scheduled section to see all pending emails.
- Editing or Deleting:
- Click on the name of a scheduled email to open a preview.
- From here, you can choose to Edit the content or scheduled time, or Delete the email to cancel sending.
Editing allows you to modify both the email content and the scheduled send time.
Additional Considerations
- Email Campaigns:
- If you’re using email campaigns, be aware that turning off a campaign will cancel any scheduled emails associated with it.
- To resume sending, toggle the campaign back to “on.”
- Bulk Emails:
- When sending bulk emails, you can also schedule them for later.
- Monitor the status of these emails under the Activity Feed in each contact’s record or by going to the Bulk Email section under the Email tab.
