Before you begin 
- Only an Admin can adjust Postpone Periods.
- Changes apply to all users in your account.
- Open Settings (bottom-left).
- In the top navigation, select Activities.
- Click Postpone & Duration.
- Set your options:
- Skip Saturday & Sunday: Enable to avoid rescheduling to weekends.
- Select a postpone date: Use the calendar to pick a target date.
- Add custom postpone periods: Create presets like 1 day, 7 days, or 30 days.
- Recurring end date: Set a default duration in months for recurring items.
- Require due dates: Toggle On/Off for new tasks.
Postpone a task or event 
You can postpone items in two main places:
Agenda List View
Go to Agenda and select the item or items you wish to postpone. Once selected, click an option (preset or specific date).
Agenda Tile
On a record’s profile, open the task/event in the Agenda box and select a postpone option.
