In Pipeline CRM, the Postpone Periods feature allows account administrators to customize how far into the future tasks or events can be postponed. Admins can set specific postpone intervals and choose whether weekends are included or skipped when rescheduling.
Note: Only an Admin in your account can adjust these settings.Click on Profile in the top right corner
Select Account Settings
In the left navigation bar, search for Tasks & Events
Click on the Postpone Periods tab
In here you have the following options:
- Skip Weekend days
- Select a specific day in the calendar
- Add a customized postpone period

You can postpone a task several ways, directly from the Agenda List View or from the Agenda box on a records profile.List View
